Don has been a licensed bail bondsman since 1988. He is currently on the board of directors on the South Carolina Bail Agents Association and the legislative chairman. Don is a licensed bail instructor in South Carolina and regularly does public speaking on behalf of the bail industry. Don has testified in front of the house and senate for new legislation for positive changes to protect the industry and the public. He is a member of PBUS, a national bail association, and manages bail agents in SC, FL, GA, NC, TN, and MS.
